Forthcoming policy developments

At the end of 2023, the Ministry of Education submitted for public discussion the National Programme For Youth 2023-2032, which will replace the existing one (expired in 2022). To date, it has not yet been adopted.

In february 2025 the Ministry of Economy, Tourism, and Sport submited a draft decree on the Strategy for the Development of the Social Economy for the period 2025-2035 to the legislative procedure. The strategy aims to strengthen social entrepreneurship and support structures and aligns with EU policies on social economy development and will guide national efforts in the coming decade. The decree should be adopted in 2025.
